Boise State Athletics Launches Premium Seating Sales Process for North End Zone - Boise State University Athletics (2024)

BOISE, Idaho – Boise State Athletics has officially opened its premium seating waitlist and sales process for the North End Zone project, athletic director Jeramiah Dickey announced Wednesday. The design process, which began in 2023, is entering its final phase of development.

Pending final approvals as part of the design build process, construction will begin in early 2025 with a targeted completion date prior to the 2026 Bronco football season.

Information about North End Zone premium seating options, including renderings, can be found at BroncoSports.com/NorthEndZone. Fans interested in securing priority through the sales process are encouraged to submit an interest form by July 15.

"The response from our market study this past December and the growing waitlist for club seats, loge boxes, and suites, was overwhelmingly positive and will now be realized," said Dickey. "This project will also add concessions, restrooms, and functional space to serve all 350 plus Bronco student-athletes."

The North End Zone Project will add approximately 1,600 seats and feature 12 field level suites, 44 loge boxes, 148 ledge seats, 882 club seats with all-inclusive food and beverage amenities on game days. The project includes club and terrace spaces that will also be utilized on non-game days, including a Training Table and nutrition center for all student-athletes to provide the fuel and education they need to best position them for success on and off the field. Future phases of the project will include build outs of a new football recruiting lounge and a new visitors locker room.

Additional restrooms, mobile concession kiosks, an open-air sports bar and lounge area, and wider concourses will provide all fans with an improved game day experience through increased ingress/egress efficiency and greater concourse movement.

"Premium seating is a great way to take a leadership role in supporting all Bronco student-athletes and secure a prime location to participate in the dynamic atmosphere and unique experiences provided at Albertsons Stadium," said Dickey. "Based on the waitlist we have today, we anticipate many of our premium seating areas to be sold out quickly."

The new seating options will bring fans even closer to the field-of-play and deliver enhanced amenities, and comfortable spaces where Bronco Nation can come together to celebrate one of the best atmospheres in college football, featuring a team entrance to the stadium through its state of the art field-level club.

"Bronco Nation has created such an impactful home-field advantage at Albertsons Stadium and this project will just enhance that experience," said Boise State head football coach Spencer Danielson. "It will also be the next step in providing resources for all of our student-athletes, as well as benefit all of our fans. With the passion that we see come from the fans every weekend, I know Bronco Nation will respond as enthusiastically as on gameday."

Priority for selecting premium seating options will be based upon capital commitments toward the North End Zone Project. Capital commitments are payable over a maximum of five years, with the first installment due December 2024. Ticket holders may increase their commitment amount or pay up-front/over a shorter time period to increase their priority.

In October, a $150 million fundraising goal was announced for the Athletics pillar for Unbridled. The Campaign for Boise State, the most ambitious philanthropic and alumni engagement campaign in the university's history, which runs through 2028.

Before construction begins, the Broncos will be vying for another Mountain West Championship when the season kicks off in August. Boise State has one of the most appealing home schedules in school history this fall, with home games set against Portland State (Sept. 21), Washington state (Sept. 28), Utah State (Oct. 5), San Diego State (Nov. 2), Nevada (Nov. 9) and Oregon State (Nov. 30).

Season tickets and season flex passes for the 2024 season are on sale now! Mini plans will be announced in the coming weeks, away game tickets will go on sale in mid-June, and single game home tickets will go on sale in late July. Led by Spencer Danielson in his first full season, Boise State looks to become the first Mountain West program to win back-to-back championships since San Diego State did so in 2015-16. Achieving such a feat will put Boise State in the discussion for the new, expanded, 12-team College Football Playoff format beginning this fall. Last year, Danielson became the first coach in college football history to win a conference championship with an interim title.
