In the age of #ecommerce , there's a significant risk for logistic companies to mishandle valuable products, claiming they were damaged or missing during transit and they also forget to take pictures. This situation echoes my recent experience when opting for Xpressbees (BusyBees Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) for a reverse order delivery via NimbusPost platform. Despite the premium charged for expedited service, the outcome was very disappointing. In another instance, I encountered a similar issue with Delhivery when sending two jars of SwadeshiVIP - A2 Milk ghee. Shockingly, only one jar was delivered to the customer, with #delhivery claiming that the packed quantity didn't match their measured quantity, implying discrepancies on my end. This pattern raises concerns about the integrity of their handling and delivery processes.It's imperative to emphasize that we entrust our valuable items to these logistic partners, expecting them to uphold accountability and address our concerns promptly.
