The steady, widespread rain has moved out southeast Wisconsin with some sun now mixing with the clouds in Rock, Jefferson, and Walworth counties. A low pressure system in SW WI is tracking NE, which is dragging a warm front into southern Wisconsin. This is bringing warmer and more humid air to areas near and SW of Waukesha. There is currently an area of rain over Monroe that hasn't had any lightning yet but will likely strengthen a bit as it works into the region of warmer and more humid air.

There is still a chance a storm or two is able to become strong to severe now through 8pm. Strong winds and hail are the main concerns, but a brief spin up can't be ruled out. Again, the best chance at a severe storm is near and southwest of Waukesha. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch likely won't be issued due to the low severe threat.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--I wouldn't say you should cancel your plans on Sunday but definitely think of alternatives. Showers and storms are possible, especially into the early afternoon and then again into the early and mid evening hours. A few could be on the stronger side as well, even isolated severe. Hail, damaging wind, and heavy rain are all possible. There's even a marginal risk of severe weather for Milwaukee points south into Illinois.

Monday, Memorial Day itself, looks drier, but pop up showers and storms still can't be ruled out either. This goes for Tuesday as well.
