@Ask_Spectrum modem is on and connected to power. Troubleshooted everything, router will not turn on nor will it connect to WiFi. This service is trash and the customer service is just as bad. Keep raising the prices and not giving your customers what they are paying for

Back to early nights because @GetSpectrum thinks it’s okay to shut off an entire neighborhood’s service for 3+ hours to run maintenance with no notice! This is unacceptable.
