  Been really happy with @altafiber as a Comcast alternative for high speed internet, until the last week. The techs and customer service agents have been great, but the company structure doesn't empower the front line workers to "make it right."

  Yo xfinity, love that I have internet and all but I really HATE when it's been extremely inconsistent for 4 days straight and keeps cutting out all day. Maybe get your stuff checked out so it doesn't suck as soon as the weather changes a little because that's when it's at worst

  Update: I've reached out to @TikTokSupport about why my video keeps getting muted even with no music, haven't heard anything. I can only assume at this point their customer service is ran by Comcast
